SIMON PASCOE
Simon’s artworks are a combination of in-situ paintings of British landscapes and black and white drawings which draw on his extensive travels in the mountainous and desert regions of the world.
The black and white biro drawings are part of a growing portfolio of work illustrating a surreal world populated by a solitary human.
A narrative unfolds as we follow this lone figure on their journey across these imagined landscapes.
As well as painter and illustrator, Simon is a teacher and co-director of Red Earth arts group, creating site-specific installations and performances across British and international landscapes.
